pulley problems 1800

David;

Phil is right of course...the pulley alignment is very important...get it wrong and you're asking a lot more of the belt, and undoutably shortening its life expectancy (not to mention sqeeks and squacks, and non-normal bearing loads)...although I'm amazed by what a belt will take...does anyone remember the 90deg bend AND axial twist which resulted in a 90deg plane change found in Corvairs?

Your welcome to engineer this conversion yourself (again), but we put a lot into this already, so that's what you pay for when opting for my upgrade kit...and thanks for the recommendation Phil.

Mike; ...an interesting idea about using the outside groove of an AC pulley...never tried it, but then the WaPu pulley wouldn't line up anymore...maybe it's not such a good idea...

Cheers
