92 turbo engine i have a chance to buy.....need your opinion 700

I have an opportunity to buy a 92 turbo engine for 600.00. It has 98,000 on it and I plan to drop it in my 89 760.Is this a good price? I don't anticipate any problems putting it in etc.Any help offered from the board here is great appreciated.it come with the turbo.....everything on the engine
