Clutch and transmission 200

First thanks for all the help provided, it IS appreciated, for all my newbie questions. Now I have some more:

A few days ago the clutch starting making a creaking noise like an old door. Now that's stopped but to replace it there is a chirping noise when idle and driving, I can pull the clutch forward with my foot and it stops or depress completely in and it stops.


Also since I bought the 245, the tranny has rattled when driving and the stick has a good amount of play in it.
Can that chattering in the transmission be silenced? (the tranny was a used replacement)
