SRS AND ABS LIGHT ON AFTER START 900 1993

I need your help on this one! My brick is a '93 940 non turbo sedan. Here's the problem. Occassionally after starting the engine, the SRS and ABS light remain on but both go out after 10 to 30 minutes of driving. Restarting the engine will not clear the problem. Today I discovered that while these lights are on, the air conditioning will not operate. I have check fuses and cleaned the fuse connections without luck. The factory manual does not seem to address this type of problem. The interesting thing is that both lights stay on together and go out together indicating an electrical problem vice a system problem. Has anyone out there ever seen this one before? If so, I'd be glad to hear what you have to say. Many thanks.
