960 power seats (how do i get to that cable?)... 900 1995

so i am finally getting around to fixing the power seats, both are broken (one track moves forward/backward but the other doesn't) but i have decided to only fix the Driver's side for now since the passenger side is almost all the way back and people rarely sit in the back seat. However, the driver side is a too far forward for me, fine for my sister who is maybe 5'5", but it's kind of a hastle when you're 6 feet tall like me.

I've got the proper cable (i think i'll replace it rather than repair it), but i am wondering a few things...

-What tools do i need?
-How long will it take?
-What is the procedure for fixing it (i have looked at the FAQ, but it simply tells you what to do once you get to the cable, i need to know if i need to take the seat out or if i can do it some other way)

Thanks in advance, this will be a worthwile project for me (and my legs).
