Wheel Lug Bolt/Stud Rear What do I need to do to replace 200 1986

My question is about the bolt part on which the rear wheel lug nuts instralled. These are the bolts that are holding the wheels onto the car.

Two of the rear lub bolts are stripped, and I take that to be a highly dangerous situation.

I'm thinking that I've got to approach it first like I'm replacing the rear brake pad, and take the calipers off.

But I want to ask what do I do next. My guess is to remove the brake rotor, (somehow) and then (somehow) extract the lug bolts.

Will the somehows be obvious once I get the calipers off and can see what the job is, or can I get some experienced advice on how to do this job.
