metal-metal scraping sound developing in right front wheel - 122s 120-130

Recently I've started to develop a distinct metal on metal scraping noise when only turning to the left, which only comes from my right front wheel. The noise also seems to start when I apply the breaks to come to a stop from about 20-mph. When I'm going faster than twenty, I seem to be hearing a wobbling sound also, but very faint. I almost wonder if I'm imagining it and being paranoid also.

When I sit my weight on the right front fender and bounce up and down on it, I do not hear the same sound, so I'm thinking or hoping it is not a ball joint. Could this be a tie-rod end, or could my pad be so low it's rubbing the disk? If it's the brake pad, why no sound when turning left at all? How about the wheel bearings? Could this be a likely culprit? Any ideas folks?
