mufflers 200 1986

I had the same problem, so I just tossed my second muffler. I did not have any problems with the Man, but I was going to college in a hick town in Missouri, so my Volvo sans muffler was nothing compared to the IROC sans doors and a hood.

So no problems with the Man and the car sounded awesome. But after a couple months I put a new muffler back on. Why? Because I kept getting headaches when I was on the highway. I had a straight pipe from the first muffler to the bumper, but the sound was still overwelming at 70mph. Just 10 minutes on the highway would leave me nearly deaf with a spinning head.

Just my 2 cents.
