center console wiring 200 1985

I recently replaced my blower motor (what a nightmare!!!!!!!!) and got it back together. I am having some trouble getting the lights hooked back up for the switches on the center console. Does anyone have some thoughts on how best to do this? For example, the lights on the switch for the emergeny flasher and rear defroster do not come on. On that wiring behind there is mind blowing!!! At least the fan works now, but I would like to complete this. I estimate this took me a good 15 - 20 hours, of course this was the first time for me at something of this level. Thanks!
Robert
