metal cutting tool for patchwork--suggestions pls 200

hello,

what do yall recommend to cut some metal area out of my 245?

i need to cut some rust out. in my 86 245 behind the bumper where the metal curves down underneath that flat door, it's rusting but luckily, at no weld points.

i was thinking of just cutting an area around the rusted part out and cut out the same little section from a donor '93 245 and welding it on to my 86.

1) does a dremel have enough amps to cut this metal?
2) another type of saw?
3) use a cutting torch?
4) any other suggestions?

i'm glad i live in the south--i hate to see a good 240 just waste away.

thanks!
