245DL brakes 200

My brake warning light came on, but the brakes seem to be working normally. Over the last six months, I have changed all four rotors and I've had a terrible pulsing. Front end seems okay as it cruises great at 80 on the freeway, but even a light application of the brakes can get the steering wheel shaking pretty good! I've pulled the rotors and made sure there isn't any crud between them and the hub and changed the front bearings. I've been driving it that way, but now that light is on. Related? The only other thing I can think of is that I bought cheap rotors ($25 ea), but they did that since the first drive. I'd like to get it right without a lot more money spent, but it isn't too critical in Georgia hot weather. The AC doesn't work (I'll save that for another post) and I'm driving my little rice burner truck 55 miles each way to work, but cold air comes out of the dash....
Thanks,
Mark
