I just purchase a 740 turbo from a junk yard for $250. It starts and runs quietly but is now getting a tie rod straightened. The yard owner pulled it from a ditch and kept it when the owner failed to pay him. He got the title and sold it to me. I changed the oil, flushed the radiator, changed the air filter and put two new tires on it and damn it cranked. what other items should I have checked before I put it on the road? It has 180K on it.
