740 n0n-turbo to 740 turbo conversion

I pondered this same question and my solution was to just buy a turbocharged car. It required the least amount of labor and chasing all those parts. I picked up a 765T cheap and now I have POWER. I still have all the other NA cars for the daily boring commutes.
Sounds as if your car is in fine shape mechanically, like they say "if it ain't broke, don't fix it" especially if it is your only car.
That said, the conversion has been done and TBricks has all the info you need if this is the way you want to go. Good luck, rcs
