Window moulding on waon side window 960 wagon 900

While driving the other day I heard tapping sound in the back of my wagon. I looked in the side view mirror and saw the rubber weather stripping for my side window flapping in the breeze. When I questioned my wife about this she replied "it just happened". I'll leave it at that, but how does the trim piece at the bottom of the window come off. I'm talking about the stationary, driverside window. It looks as though the rubber is all in one piece and just needs to be snapped back into place once the trim piece is removed.

Thanks
Neil
