This forum gave me the info, and courage, to start working on my own car. Lord knows how much money and hassle I've saved by doing minor things myself instead of paying someone else $75 bucks an hour to do it.

I've also discovered the value of the independent Volvo mechanic. The lone Volvo dealer here in Dayton, Ohio has lost a good chunk of business to the local indy mechanics, especially with the RWD cars. The mechanic I go to has a three-week waiting list.

Any cosmetic changes to this site is gravy to me. It's the content that brings me here.
