960 Leaving Grannie Stranded/Hot Start Woes S90-V90 1995

So the hot start saga continues.

I have tried the FPR...when I pull off the vacuum hose the idle changes slightly. The car seems to have too MUCH pressure if it's been running at any speed then stopped. If you release the pressure at the end of the rail even slightly it starts beautifully. It also starts if you just pour a glass of cool water over the FI area. Mother has had it happen so often she carries a fan to cool off the top of the motor when it stops.

Any ideas? I don't want her out stuck in it any more!
