Noise from engine /transmission on pressing hard the acclerator

I bet that its a heat shield on the exhaust pipe. Pretty common for this to happen, and it rattles pretty loudly. Some people just cut them off. You can go to a muffler shop and they can tack them back. I drilled a couple of holes in the heat shield where it goes between the pipes (don't drill into the pipe!) and put in a couple of long self-tapping screws that pulled the two halves of the shield together and kept it from rattling. Worked for a few years.

Hope this is it!

Mike
