Purchased 1966 122s 2 door for 100 bucks 120-130

I bought a 122s 2 door manual shift today for 100 bucks. It is an off white color. The engine runs great as it was rebuilt by a local Volvo shop. It has a new generator, brake master, clutch master, new Interstate battery, new tires and many other little parts. The glass is good but it needs a headliner. It needs a radiator and has rust on the lower fenders and doors and a spot on the right rear and a small area around the windshield and back window. It also has some rot infront of the right side of the back seat. I plan on replacing the fenders and doors and fixing the rust spots, then repainting. I also plan on replacing the radiator core or buying a new radiator. The top of the gas tank looks a little rusty. Any suggestions for this restore? Replace radiator or recore? How about the headliner??? Thank You in Advance!!
