HELP!-240DL wagon , wont turn 200

Try this - very carefully.

Using the tip of a large flat tip screwdriver, bridge the gap on the starter between the fat red wire terminal (move the rubber boot aside a bit) and the spade terminal next to it.

That allows the battery voltage to get to the starter solenoid the same way as if the turn-the-key system would. If the starter kicks on and cranks the engine, you know the problem is between the spade lug wire (Blue-yellow?) and the ignition switch. If not, but a goodly spark, it is the solenoid. They get gummed up over time, so you can try tapping it with a small hammer tap while a helper tries starting with the key.
