still running rough 1800

It is possible that the distributor has bee removed an reinstalled improperly.

Before adjusting that, verify that you're at TDC on cylinder #1 and see if the rotor matches up with the mark on the edge of the distributor body.

If you're sure you've got the right cylinder, and that it is at TDC and the advance mechanism is hitting the block, you need to reposition the distributor.

Remove the cap and wires (while you're at it, verify that the plug wires are in the correct order 1-3-4-2 COUNTERCLOCKWISE), including the wires to the points and the FI trigger points. Mark the position of the Rotor on the distributor body if it doesn't line up with the mark already on the distributor body.Loosen the hold down collar and gently pull the distributor out. Using a parts magnet (magnet at the end of a telescoping rod), reach down into the distributor hole and pull up the drive gear. There is a slot at the top. Note the position. Once you're clear of the gear in the block, you can rotate the drive gear clockwise a quarter turn or so and reinsert into the block.

Push the distributor back in, rotating it a quarter turn or so clockwise, so that it matches up with the new drive gear position. Be sure that the drive gear and the distributor are fully seated. adjust the distributor body so that your mark lines up with the rotor mark you made earlier. Reinstall the cap and wiring (including the points wires)and you're ready to set the timing.

Let us know how it comes out.
