Tires 185 R 14 C on 245? 200

My 245 needs new tires. Here in Germany I can get C-tires for light trucks 185 R 14 C (load index 102 instead of 91) cheaper than tires for passenger cars.

65 mph is my normal travelling speed on long distances, and I'm interested in low fuel consumption (=low rolling resistance), high mileage and adequate resistance against puncture when driving off road.

I'd like to learn from expieriencies, has anybody tried?

Regards Norbert from Cologne/Germany
