a/c bypass and p/s pump concerns *HELP APPRECIATED* 200 1979

I guess my last message never posted. Anyhow, I purchased an A/C bypass from IPD, and after installing it, the pump vibrates violently above 2500 rpm. Tightening the belt cleaned up a little slop, but the pump still vibrates. Replacing the rubber mounts (bushings, I guess) did not help. The pump vibrates less when pulled forward. My questions:

1) How do I get this to stop? Whats causing this?

2) If I want to go back to my old setup, how to I get the crank-pulley-to-compressor belt on? Removing the A/C compressor wasn't that obvious to me...

3) Do you have any other suggestions to help with this?

If no other suggestions are given, please tell me how to take it back to the way it was!!!

Thank you in advance!!
