headlight wiper problem S90-V90

Well, I've found there there's no shortage of little problems that require fixing on this car. Granted, it runs like a champ, but the PO obviously was not into replacing bulbs when they burned out. So this morning I was at the dealer buying a replacement foglight bulb (12 stinking dollars!!!). After installing it, I turned the key to the ON position and turned on the fog lights to make sure it was working.

While I was at the front of the car (admiring my handiwork), I heard a loud buzzing sound coming from the headlight. Then i noticed that the wiper arm was about 1/2 inch from the OFF (fully at rest) postion. So i went into the car and pressed the washer/wiper control, and sure enough, that one headlight wiper does not work.

What do I do now? Obviously, i can't work on it right away (dealer's closed till tuesday), so is there any way to temoparily cut power to that motor? I don't want to burn it out and have a bigger problem. Better yet, where is that motor? and how do I pull it out?

Thanks,
Eric
