rough idling and water in the gas tank 83 245 200

Hello,

I have a '83 245 GL with the 2.3L gas engine.

Abouth a month ago I found some water in the gas tank, at least that was my diagnosys. The car with <1/8 fuel would not start, added 3 gallons of clean fuel and started after a while, but was spitting liquid from the exhaust that looked like water. I drained the tank and fill in with fresh gas and a fuel injection cleaner and the car ran fine.

There are still two problems:

1 When warm the car idles rough and still spits liquid out.

2 When cold, it starts just fine, but then it starts idling really rough and the engine loses all its power. The engine stalls if I try to move the car.
When the engine warms up it runs fine but I am getting sligtly worse mileage than before.

I did 4 thanks of good gas since and the problems still occur.

This is what it has been done to the car recently:

new in tank pump and fuel filter(4 months ago)

air filter, spark plugs, cap and rotor and oxygen sensor.

I checked the coolant level and it is constant.

Any ideas if the water damaged anything else that I should take care of?
Is this a separate problem?

Thanks,
Marco.
