ATE front caliper on vented rotor 200 1980

Hello, I have set of ATE front calipers for vented rotor that I got a junkyard. I can't seem to find any pads/parts for these from the standard sources. SHould I stick with the Girling ones or is it worth the effort? Is the caliper any different/better/worse than the Girling?

It's a long story but the short of it is that it would be much more convenient to rebuild these calipers than the Girlings that are on the car.

Thanks, Randy
