Need how to advice on B230F Timing Belt replacement 700 1989

Hello everyone out there. I have a 1989 740GL with 260,000 miles on a B230F engine. I saved the car from the junkyard two years ago and have been slowly bringing it back to life. It is time for me now to replace the timing belt. Where can I go for instructions including some pictures? While I am doing this, what other preventative maintenance things should I do that would make sense while I'm doing this, (i.e. replace some old gaskets etc)? Will I need any special tools?
A good quality brand of Belt I can get at Napa would also be nice to know.
