Plastic fuel line from fuel pump check valve to fuel accumulator (K-jet) 140-160 1974

Hi,
I want to replace the check valve in my fuel pump. Whats holding me back is the fact that I do not know the best way to replace the plastic fuel line that goes from the end of the old check valve to the fuel accumulator. It looks like the line has been shrunk to the end of the check valve in the same way as the plastic fuel injector lines under the hood have been shrunk to the ends of the banjo fittings that attach to the fuel distributor.

Is there a place where I can purchase a new line and a method to attach it to the new check valve? Is there a way to remove the old line from the old check valve and attach it to the new check valve?

I am sure this is a high fuel pressure area. I am pretty sure that replacing the line with a rubber fuel hose and clamps would not be a very good idea.

Any advice is appreciated.
Thanks!
