Your coil could be bad. Or maybe just some bad connections.

Do you have voltage on the primary side of the coil? in order to get a spark on the secondary (that's the ignition wire going to the distributor) you have to have a momentary voltage across the primary (the smaller wires going to the coil). If you put a meter on it you should see voltages from 0 to 12 volts (i'm assuming the primary is still 12volts) when you crank.

Check the connections and condition of the wiring.
