Will Bad Radio Supression Relay cause Failure to start 900 1995

On our 95 940 Turbo, last week when our car was in the shop for its annual inspection I had them replace the radio suppression relay as a preventative measure. I should have asked them to save the old one, but didn't. Anyway, the car was fine until today when it won't start. It cranks fine but won't start. I am guessing it could be that the new relay is bad given the timing of events. The fuel pump relay and crank position sensor were replaced as preventive maintenance a few months ago. Is there a fan relay that can be swapped with the radio suppression relay on this model? Where is it?
