Swarner

For my 1981 B21A 244DL, I made a wiring harness, from scratch, with wires and Black Plastic Sleeves, from the interior of Volvos. The Wires are perfectly color coded. Instead of using straight Female Spade Connectors, where they would hang perpendicular, I fitted 90 degree Connectors, for Strain Relief, and I sealed the ends of all Sleeves with Heat Shrink Tubing to keep the Sleeves from getting oil, road grime, water, etc. inside to degrade the insulation. Oh, forgot to mention, any wire bundles that sit near a hot motor part, I wrapped with Al Foil, reflective side out, to reflect the heat away. I used exact wire lengths, etc. I tried to put as much thought and engineering into this, as possible. I am 100% confident it will out last the original. It all cost $25.00 Australian.

If I can do it . . .
