Noisy fuel pumps

I am having a fuel pump problem on my 1987 240. The main fuel pump is very loud. Over the course of the last 2 weeks I have replaced the fuel filter, in tank fuel pump, main fuel pump, fuel pump relay, and 25 amp fuse. The old in tank pump was bad, and the car has quit stalling and got somewhat quiter after the in-tank was replaced. However, the main pump (new) is still making a good bit of noise and the car doesn't seem to have the pick-up it used to have.

Does anyone know where to get a fuel pressure guage that will tie-in to the volvo fuel rail. I suspect a pressure regulator problem but would like to be sure before buying a new one. Does anyone have any other ideas for what could cause a noisy main pump? I am getting 13.5 volts at both pumps, and I can hear the tank pump spinning, so I think it is working.

Thanks

Bart
