You didn't indicate the year of your 164 in the heading pull-down.

Anyway, if you have the 1975 model 164, the rear suspension (and the rest of the chassis in back of the firewall) is almost identical to a 240 (just some minor differences in the route of the exhaust system). If you have an earlier car, it's got different dimensions, and you'd have to customize the bar more or less.
