HELP!-240DL wagon , wont turn 200

I'm not getting voltage from the yellow blue wire to the silinoid.

I just recently took mark jumper cables and connected it to the starter (just the positive) and connected it to the silinoid.
all I could hear is something spinning the engine did not start.
I had the key in the on position.
I had to move it , so I rolled it down the drive way , popped the clutch started right up again .

Drove it around to keep the fluids good , now its parked again .
I took the starter out took it to auto zone they tested it and said it was bad , gave me another and i installed the new one , same thing happened.

so I took the new one back to Autozone and they tested it and said it was bad too. so the guy stuck my old starter in a vise and used some jumper cables and a battery and a screw driver and it spun over. he said it was still good and gave it back to me. I installed it and Im still at the same place as I was at the begining. What Im wondering is if he used the screw driver to manually get the starter to turn.Does that just test the starter or botht eh starter and silinoid? the silinoid could still be bad ?

Just guesing at this point. some one told me to check the nuetral switch , but I have a standard , so it shouldn't have one.

I'm clueless.
