shock interchange numbers. 120-130

I'm not crazy about my shocks but I'm not about to spend $100s to upgrade, so I need to know the interchange #s for front and rear 68 volvo 220. I know monroe makes a shock that works well on the front of the 120 but I don,t have the # any more, as far as the rear is concerned I need monroe, or gabriel etc... part #s if you know them. Basically any and all comments re shocks of any type that work well on the 120 wagon, I want to stiffen up the back, and reduce "float" (?) in the front. I guess the fancy shocks part #s could be used as well as I could use the interchange search on the gabriel site. For those who don't know what I mean by interchange, it is the information that allows me to know that a shock that fits the front of a (75 pinto etc) also fits the rear of a 68 volvo etc..
