Info for charcoal canister / EEC replacements ... 200 1989

My evaporative emissions controller (EEC) or charcoal canister (driver side, behind bumper) appears to have part number (P/N) 17056292. This cross references with AC Delco P/N 215-165, which can be found around for $55-82 (Advance Auto seems to always be more pricey on their stuff). The part I have was made by "Rochester Products", which appears to be a GM outfit.

Since I bought the vehicle used, I dunno if this is original or aftermarket replacement, but it seems to work and have the correct hose fittings.
