cooling system problems 200 1981

Just had to check. I couldn't remember if it was possible to reverse these or not. I have a fleet of 6-7 vehicles to service and maintain, and I loose track sometimes. Logic ditates that if it was good before the new parts were installed, then one on them is bad. Maybe the water pump has a bad/loose impeller or a bad temp sender giving false readings. Anybody around nearby have an IR temp gun to get an actual temp reading?
