How-to hoist engine - lift points 700 1990

Hello,

I'm replacing the engine in a '90 740 GL, auto tranny. I've never used an engine hoist before, so I'm looking for advice. Google nor the FAQ had specifics to help me. I have an engine leveler with 4 bolt holes. Where should I attach to the engine? Any other safety tips/suggestions? After removing the radiator, I noticed another radiator-like screen. Does this have to do with the auto tranny? Should I remove it too, to be safe that I don't damage it?

Needless to say, no one will be getting under the car while the hoist has the engine.

Thanks,
Nathan
