Passanger side window problems 200 1991

Hello all,
I'm having great difficulty with my passanger side window. When I push the electronic button to make it go up when it is fully down, it starts to go up but then about halfway it slows to a crawl. It will finally go up (after waiting about 25 seconds) and the window will have nice streak marks on it also. I don't understand why it's doing this? I can crack the window halfway and make it go up and down as I please, and it shows no signs of hesitation. So I don't think it's the motor is it?
