Check Engine Light on V90--How to Reset and Perform Trip Drive Cycle S90-V90 1998

Does anyone know the procedure for performing the "Trip Drive Cycle" after reseting the check engine light? I replaced a leaking vacuum hose which was causing a Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) and then erased the DTC. But the OBD2 code reader now shows flashing monitor icons which indicate a "Has Not Run" status for several of the engine sensors. The OBD2 manual states this means you must now perform the "trip drive cycle" in order for the engine's computer to run it's diagnostic testing.
