T belt misaligned, other woes 700 1986

A good rule of thumb that I have learned working on hundreds of different engines is with the key on the crank lined straight up the block (if block is at an angle, so is the key) #1 is always up. Then line the timing mark up the same way. belive me it works! and its easy!
