What is the dwell on a 66 122s with b18? 120-130

Greetings,
I started my $100.00 122s today and drove it around the block. It needs work, but it does function. I replaced the 2 rotten driveshaft grommets with ones I found in a Volvo bag in the trunk, much better now. I also charged the interstate battery it came with. It started up okay, but I noticed a lack of power. I removed the cap and rotor and saw the problem. The points are fried along with the cap and rotor. I just can't believe it even runs that good. I lengthened the dwell a little and it runs much better. I'm installing new points etc. What is the dwell supposed to be set at? Thank You.
