Front seat track question big mistake 700

Hi
Got my self into another pickle. Had the seats out and decided to clean out the adjustment tracks. Big mistake. Pulled the bottom tracks off the upper half and out rolls some small BB bearings and a couple of rods. I think I figured out how they go back together, but want to get the OK from someone whose taken these apart before. I am guessing that they go bearing -rod- bearing into the upper half. Then the lower track slides over them. Did I guess right? Are there only 2 bearings per side of track with a total of 4 for a seat? I may have lost some.
Thanks in advance
Brad
