car sat, brakes bad 200 1987

I let my 244 sit for a year or so. I had replaced all rotors and calipers with rebuilt, loaded units not long prior to that. Now the brakes pulse. The rotors seem to have some black spots on them - corrosion? On the front ones it appears more like a stripe running from edge to center. It doesn't really look like much but could that be the culprit?

I dialed them in and they look good in that respect. The pads have lots of wear left.

Should I replace the rotors with new and see if that does it? They are fairly new, could I have them turned? If I replace the rotors can I get away with using the old pads?

TIA

Joe
