Gas in oil causing no start!! 200 1978

So I have been trying to get my car started for the longest time.....So while checking the oil i smelt gas in there, alot of gas....i read a couple posts from the past on this and it was said that this could cause a no start. I changed the oil and it fired up, ran for five seconds, died, and now there is gas in the oil again. So the gas in the oil is definitely causing the no start, but what is causing the gas to get in the oil? What is broke? I really want to drive this beast lol, thank you all for any help that you can give me!!!!! btw, b21f with m45 tranny, i recently replaced both fuel pumps, thanks!!!
