More details of 945T engine stumble

In my previous posts, I mentioned about my engine stumbling at about 4500 rpm during boost.

Today, I took the car out for another drive. The engine will stumble at between 4500 to 5500 rpm although the turbo remains at boost(needle at 2pm)even though engine is stumbling.

Engine feels like it is hitting rev limiter which of course it is not. Anyone know how a rev limiter works.
