Banjo bolt torque specs 700

How tight do the two coolant banjo bolt fittings on a Garrett T3 turbo need to be?

I installed new copper crush washers (a bit wider than what came off. Not thick, but more surface area). Tightened each bolt to a "pretty firm" feel. (hard to get a torque wrench in there)

Don't want to tighten too much more for fear of stripping threads.

But the turbo sides of both bolts are hissing and seeping a tiny bubble of coolant.

I surmise the larger surface area of these aftermarket washers necessitates more clamping force in order to get them crushed enough to seal?

How tight is "tight enough"?
