Regina fuel pressure regulator 700

When I first got my '91 740 with Rex-Regina engine management, I needed a new fuel pressure regulator. In my ignorance, I went to the dealer and paid $140 for theirs. Now, less than two years later, the car was taking longer and longer to start, and finally didn't start at all.

I had a couple of spare FPRs for the Bosch LH cars I have aquired in the meantime and I know I have read that there is one that works well with Regina. So I put one of them on and the car started immediately.

It seems my problem with the car is solved for the moment(though not my problem with the expensive genuine Volvo part being a piece of s**t.) But here's my question. I have two Bosch FPRs. One is marked 2.5 bar and one is marked 3.0 bar. Do any of you know which is the better one for Regina? Or maybe it's a different one yet. But if I need to buy new $40 one for Bosch, it can only be better than the Volvo one for Regina.

Thanks
