removal of wagon side window pane 120-130

My 65 has rust along the bottom edge of the side window pane of the wagon compartment. I can peek under the window seal by prying it up and can see rust underneath. I would like to remove the window pane without cutting the rubber seal (and of course without breaking the glass) and clean up the rot.

There is old glue holding the seal to the body, but it is extremely hard to break up - but it have to be done to remove the seal/window I think.

Any suggestions on how to do this without cutting up the seal? The original seal is in great shape.

Thanx.

waggin.
