New Metal Radiator clogged after 3 yrs? Possible? 200

Hi,

I am having some overheating problem lately. I brought it in to a shop this morning to have it checked out. The mechanic told me that my radiator maybe clogged and need to be professionally boiled and cleaned by a radiator shop. He's nice enough not to charge me the diagnostic fee. :D

The question is, I have replaced the radiator, thermostat and all the hoses exactly 3 yrs ago when I first bought my car. The water pump was also changed last year. So within the 3 yrs, I have done at least 2-3 cooling system flush. Could the radiator be clogged just after 3 yrs from installation with regular system flush???

So now, I am driving in 110+ Arizona summer heat with my heater on full blast to keep my engine "cool". :(

Any insights will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Tzer
