Pressure brake bleeding 700

As Steve says, you may have clogged bleeders (how old is the car?). My '93 940 bled OK with about 12 psi on the MC from a MityVac pressure port=>hose=>adapter cap.

Although the Volvo 700/900 Brake manual pressure bleeder spec is 29-44 psi, I don't believe a clean system needs that much. I've also heard of old-time road racers that swear by "gravity bleeding". IMO, 10 psi should do it, barring contamination.
